Ms Juri Baruah, Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Geography, DHSK College has been awarded Ph.D. on her research topic "Fluvio-Geomorphological Appraisal of the Burhi Dihing River Channel from Miao in Arunachal Pradesh to Dihingmukh in Assam" under the supervision of Dr Minakshi Phookan Hazarika, Associate Professor, Dept of Geography, JB College (Autonomous), Jorhat.
