KIND ATTENTION:

This is a corrected version of the notice previously published on 22-08-2026 vide file no. JBU_OP_2026_2208_084_326. The present notice supersedes the earlier version. All concerned are requested to take note of the revised information and refer only to this notice for further details.

All duly promoted PG 3rd semester and UG 3rd, 5th and 7th semester students (with or without academic backlog), now applying for readmission and/or Fee waiver, must fill up the form given on page 2 below. The applicant must obtain signatures on the given form with official stamp from the Head of the respective Major Department, and attach the following documents:

• i) Original Government Income Certificate with validity / Photocopy of Ration Card
  ii) Fee waiver receipt from previous last admission
  iii) Mark sheets of 1st and 2nd End semester examinations (for 3rd semester students); Mark sheets of all End semesters examinations from 1st to 4th semester (for 5th semester students), and iv) Mark sheets of all End semesters examinations from 1st to 6th semester (for 7th semester students)

Please note:

• o These documents have to be submitted compulsorily at the time of admission.
  o Students with arrears in the fee-waived category are required to pay 50% of the total fee.
  o Those undertaking a compulsory field study in their course or semester must pay extra fees to the respective HoDs, as determined by the department.
  o Students promoted to 7th semester FYUGP are allowed to wear the same uniform as students enrolled in the Two years (SFC) Post Graduate
  Programme.
