It is for the information of all concerned that the following schedule of activities and rules concerning the Freshmen Social, 2026 to be held on 6th September, 2026 in Jagannath Barooah University must be scrupulously followed by all the students.

1. Flag hoisting - 9:30 AM.
2. Students entry - 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM (The gate will be closed at 10:40 AM for all).
3. Arrival of the Chief Guest at 10:30 AM and his welcome in the VC's chamber.
4. The Freshmen Social meeting will commence at 10:45 AM.
5. The meeting will end at 1:20 PM.
6. Cultural Programme from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
7. All students must come in proper uniform.
8. The students must carry valid I Card downloaded from Samarth Portal or admission receipt.
9. The students of 7th semester must show the copy of their last marksheet.
10. The students must maintain decorum and discipline all through.
